Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be provided once your order is on its way.

At checkout, you can choose between the following shipping options:

• Free Shipping (Prepaid Orders) – No additional shipping cost.

• Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery) – ₹150 shipping fee applies.

Please note: The ₹150 COD shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, clean, with original tags attached, and undamaged.

All return/refund requests will be reviewed, and we will assess whether the product meets the return conditions described.

• If approved, we will initiate the return or refund process.

• If the item does not meet the return criteria, the request will be denied, and the product will remain with the customer. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Note: Shipping fees for Cash on Delivery orders (₹150) are non-refundable.
