Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be provided once your order is on its way.

At checkout, you can choose between the following shipping options:

Free Shipping (Prepaid Orders) – No additional shipping cost.
Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery) – ₹150 shipping fee applies.

Please note: The ₹150 COD shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, clean, with original tags attached, and undamaged.

All return/refund requests will be reviewed, and we will assess whether the product meets the return conditions described.

If approved, we will initiate the return or refund process.
If the item does not meet the return criteria, the request will be denied, and the product will remain with the customer. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Note: Shipping fees for Cash on Delivery orders (₹150) are non-refundable.
